Oubari Pharma was founded as the first private pharmaceutical company to initiate sterile production in Syria. It started producing both sterile and oral dosage products under license from renowned European manufacturers such as Rhone Poulenc, Roussel Uclaf, Dr. Mann, and Lisa Pharma.
